Copper Wire Mesh

Phosphor Bronze Mesh

Phosphor bronze wire mesh (or cloth) is available in both plain and twill weaves. It is composed of copper, zinc, tin, and phosphorus. Tin enhances strength and corrosion resistance, while phosphorus improves wear resistance. Together, these elements give the mesh excellent ductility and weldability, making it well-suited for producing fine, precise wire mesh structures.

Features

PRODUCT ADVANTAGES

High-frequency stability

Maintains shape under high-frequency vibration and temperature fluctuations (-50℃ to 150℃), ideal for precision electronic equipment.

Ultra-long service life

Excellent fatigue resistance, with performance attenuation rate below 10% after repeated deformation, reducing replacement frequency.

High-precision adaptability

Meets micron-level filtration and shielding requirements.

High strength and elasticity

High strength and elasticity, far exceeding those of brass and pure copper.

Corrosion resistance

Withstands erosion from seawater, humid atmosphere, and organic compounds, boasting a service life 2-3 times that of brass mesh.
