Epoxy Coated Mild Steel Wire Mesh

Epoxy coated mild steel wire mesh is mainly used as a support layer for hydraulic or air filters. It can also be used for the security of high-grade apartments and office buildings. It is made of special epoxy powder adhered to the surface of mesh woven by different types of wire through electrostatic spraying process. With the change of time and temperature, the epoxy powder melts and covers the mesh surface to form a dense protective layer.

It can pass H-class pencil test, 1kg/50cm impact test, scratch test and fatigue test.

Excellent Flexibility

The mesh is folded on a pole with a radius of curvature of 1mm, and there is no breakage on the surface.
