Stainless steel woven mesh is classified by aperture type and weaving method into square mesh (plain weave, twill weave) and Dutch weave mesh (plain Dutch weave, twill Dutch weave, double warp Dutch weave, reverse plain Dutch weave, reverse twill Dutch weave, and optimized designs).

· Square Mesh: Typically, the warp and weft wires have the same diameter, and the mesh count is identical in both directions (except for rectangular mesh, where the warp and weft mesh counts differ). It is available in plain weave and twill weave.

· Dutch Weave Mesh: Also known as Dutch wire cloth, it is woven from high-quality stainless steel wire. Its main feature is the significant difference in warp and weft wire diameters and densities, resulting in greater mesh thickness, improved filtration precision, and extended service life compared to square mesh. Particularly in terms of filtration speed, square mesh cannot match Dutch weave mesh.

· Reverse Dutch Weave Mesh: A specialized filtration mesh with a significantly higher warp mesh count than the weft count. The warp wire diameter is smaller than the weft wire diameter, making it more challenging to weave than plain Dutch weave. It features high mesh strength, superior filtration precision, and high efficiency.

Woven stainless steel mesh is widely used in aerospace, petroleum, and chemical industries. It is suitable for applications such as plastic extruder screens, cast film machines, and coating machine filtration, including plastic woven bags, plastic films, ink cartridges, and wastewater treatment.
