1. Copper wire mesh maintains stable conductivity with a typical electrical conductivity of 97% IACS, suitable for electromagnetic shielding, grounding, and circuit connections.

2. With a thermal conductivity of approximately 401 W/m·K, it can be used in heat dissipation components, battery packs, and electronic devices to improve cooling efficiency.

3. The natural oxide layer on copper provides protection in humid or chemical environments, offering higher corrosion resistance compared to standard steel mesh.

4. Tensile strength ranges from 200 to 250 MPa, providing wear resistance while maintaining sufficient flexibility for bending, stamping, and welding operations.
