Epoxy Coated Wire Mesh advantages:

1. Oil corrosion resistance: it can be detected by various brands of hydraulic oil media around the world at different temperatures and time, and the coating surface has no change. It is suitable for special hydraulic filter products under high temperatures and high pressure.

2. Corrosion resistance: according to ASTM B117-09 salt spray test standard, continuous test 96H coating surface has no change, suitable for the use of air filters in harsh environment.

3. Strong adhesion: it can pass H grade pencil test, 1kg/50cm impact test, grid test, anti-fatigue detection.

4. High bending resistance: it can be folded by steel rod with curvature radius of 1mm, without cracks on the surface.

5. After cutting, keep the edge wire not falling off after cutting, and the adhesive force of the coating interweaving point can reach 0.7kg.
